RSVP List gives a couple one private page for collecting wedding RSVPs from a guest list they provide. It is not a full wedding website, a mailing service, or a public event platform.
You decide who goes on your guest list. By adding people you confirm that you have a genuine personal relationship with them and a legitimate reason to hold their contact details for your wedding. You are the controller of that data (see the Privacy Policy): you must handle removal requests from your guests and not use the tool to collect data you have no right to hold.

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules.
RSVP List is offered during beta without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and you should keep your own copy of important information (you can export your responses to CSV at any time).
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero for free-plan users). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a guest's response not reaching you — always confirm your final headcount directly for anything critical.
You can delete your event or account at any time from the dashboard. We may end or suspend access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service, in which case we'll give account holders reasonable notice by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
We may update these terms; the date above will change and material updates will be emailed to account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
